My Power of Attorney or MyPOA is packed with practical advice and answers to real-world questions about the Lasting Power of Attorney. It mainly covers England and Wales as Scotland and Northern Ireland have slightly different laws.

It was created by a daughter, Bex Seeley Harris who had been granted a Lasting Power of Attorney over her father’s health and finances. She is a lawyer by background and was struggling to find out more about the topic. There were precious few resources for attorneys or donors, but there were endless questions to be answered. That’s where this site comes in, doing its best to provide more of those answers in an easy-to-understand, friendly format.  We may not be able to answer all your questions but we’ll do our very best.
